Xanite B2B is a coverage console built for relationship businesses where a conventional CRM is the wrong shape.
How is Xanite B2B different from a normal CRM?
A CRM is built around a weekly review cadence — sales reps enter calls, opportunities and next steps, and a manager reviews them periodically. Xanite B2B treats the relationship as a continuous stream of signals (wires, drawdowns, market moves, news, board changes) and interrupts the banker when a signal is material. The CRM remains the system of record for accounts and contacts. Xanite B2B is the daily workflow surface and the audit trail of every action taken on the back of a signal.
Does Xanite integrate with our existing martech stack?
Yes. Xanite Core is designed to sit alongside an existing email platform, ad stack, analytics tool and data warehouse rather than replace them. Out-of-the-box connectors cover most South African banking, telco and retail stacks. Custom integrations to in-house systems are part of the standard implementation, not an add-on.
Who builds and operates Xanite?
Broadbrand builds and operates Xanite end-to-end inside Digital Solutions Group. Strategy, product, engineering, deployment and support are all under one roof, headquartered in Johannesburg and Cape Town. There is no third-party reseller layer between the platform and the customer.
How is Xanite priced?
Xanite is licensed annually, scaled to the size of the customer base and the number of active products. Implementation is a one-time professional services fee.
